The staff was courteous and polite both on the phone and in person. As we were trying to figure out what to do with our truck after an accident, they were very patient. When we finally made the decision to let the truck go, they helped us with the maintenance checks and work needed to our latest used model. My 2003 SUV broke down between Cheyenne and Denver and, via AAA, I had it towed to Engle Automotive. Glad I did because the service I received was top notch. The staff diagnosed the immediate problem quickly and completely and got back to me that afternoon with their suggested fix. I also appreciate the fact that the Engle staff took the time to go over my (150k+ mile) vehicle and inform me of things they suggested I fix - and why. These suggestions included changing out some fluids as well addressing a phantom problem that no other service station has been able to diagnose... and that would have caused my vehicle to fail an emissions test (essentially leading to my needing to replace it). It's an older high mileage car - but a car that I value. Without exaggeration I'm comfortable saying that Engle's attention to detail and thorough service will allow me to keep the car into the future and for that I'm very grateful. I have been to a few shops here in Loveland and other places along the front range, and Engle is by far my preferred shop! I do a lot of mechanics myself, so when I got to a point on a project that was going to be quite expensive just for the parts, I came here for a second opinion. I worked with Mark and told him what I have done and the problem that still existed. He is the first person that respected me for being able to work on vehicles and not talk down to me for having to come in to a shop to finish a job. He explained what he wanted to do and the cost. In the end, he found something simple I had overlooked and it cost me 1/10 of what I thought I had to do to it. The whole staff is the most professional I have had to deal with!
