My Jeep was having an electrical problem. This is not an easy fix,, it can be timeless and frustrating. I told the CSR I didn't mind paying the diagnostic fee as long as they found and fixed the problem. The dealership hadn't been able to find the issue with my jeep and they had it 3 days.
