I have been looking for a mechanic for a few years due to severe disappointment with changes where we had gone before. Rich was excellent from the first moment of contact! It felt like a family environment and there was no sense of belittlement, pressure or anything. This is the type of service I prefer to give and receive. Highly recommend BG Automotive, professional, friendly, fun and dedicated. They stayed an hour after closing to finish up my Jeep on a Friday night I love these guys!!!!
