They recently diagnosed a hard to solve issue related to my dual tank system and did so quickly and without replacing a bunch of parts that were not bad. They have worked on many of my vehicles over the years and will continue to do so. - Seth P.

I came in for a CHECK ENGINE light. I first got an immediate fault reading from Engle. According to the fault code my cam phasers were the issue. I gave the ok to start troubleshooting further. The deeper they dug, the worse the news. Pictures were provided and there was complete communication from Derek as to the findings throughout the troubleshooting process. When the dust settled, I went from possibly needing some cam phasers replaced to needing a complete engine replacement. It turns out that even though Ford states that 5000 miles is acceptable for oil change intervals, the 2004-2008 5.4L engines are incapable of handling those intervals. At 89K miles my engine quit. Once I gave the ok for a new engine, a newly refurbished Jasper engine was ordered and I was back on the road in about a week. Throughout the experience, Derek kept me informed of the progress and even let the Facebook fans have a look at the progress. All in all, Engle made the experience much less painful. - Tad M.
