We are fairly new to Colorado...well, new enough not to have needed a mechanic. When my husband's truck died on his way in to work, I had no idea where to get it towed. Abraham at Engle gave us, quite possibly, the best service I've ever received from ANY business I've ever been to or used in my adult life. Very polite and professional gentleman right from the get go. Abraham MADE a spot for us to get in during a snow storm and fix our 4wheel drive even though they where technically booked for the day (I assume using HIS own personal time). Unfortunately, we ended up running late due to terrible road conditions for his appointment that he already had to bend backwards to create for us. Upon calling, he just said "No problem" and pushed it back to the latest possible point that day so we could make it there! Not only that, but he gave us a discount pretty much out of his generosity after we arrived saying " I understand everyone is hurting for money these days ". To really top it off: we ended up walking to a nearby restaurant for something to eat while the car was being worked on AND HE PICKED US UP IN HIS OWN VEHICLE AND GAVE US A RIDE BACK TO THE SHOP TO PICK UP OURS!!!!

So, Abraham: I wish I could repay you with something more valuable than words because what you did for us today was was beyond anything I could expect from ANYONE, let alone an auto shop. I had my sons truck towed there to have it looked at and worked on. They gentlemen at Engle were very nice to work with. They were very thorough and were quick to diagnose the problem, and even quicker to make the repairs. To my sons delight, they actually came in a little under their initial quote.
