I met Mark, Abraham, an Derek earlier this week when I dropped my 1983 Mercedes 300D for emissions testing, without an appointment. Even so, they fit it in promptly and explained the diesel testing process in detail. Their customer service is over the top impressive and they are just great people. Later in the week, I had an issue develop with another, local dealership where our primary car had been dropped for routine, scheduled service. Even though there was nothing in it for them, Mark and team have been instrumental in assisting with wise counsel and insight as we've navigated a very tough situation with the "other dealer." Since moving from Pittsburgh, PA to Johnstown, we've been fortunate to actually have Engle in our corner.
