Hello, A quick note to recap a positive - professional experience regarding the People & Service I received at Engle Auto. My older GMC Pickup died on I-25 on a recent trip from the Seattle area to Denver, Triple-A picked up and dropped the GMC at Engle Auto. A faulty crankshaft position sensor was diagnosed and replaced. My scheduled trip continued 1500 plus miles through Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho and back to Washington all while the GMC ran very well. Engle Automotive is the “Real-Deal” - not an easy assignment in this day an age as vehicles today are very complex. I have been looking for a mechanic for a few years due to severe disappointment with changes where we had gone before. Rich was excellent from the first moment of contact! It felt like a family environment and there was no sense of belittlement, pressure or anything. This is the type of service I prefer to give and receive. Highly recommend BG Automotive, professional, friendly, fun and dedicated. They stayed an hour after closing to finish up my Jeep on a Friday night I love these guys!!!!

Received excellent customer service from the service advisor Jeff ! He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient with attention to detail with my Dodge Diesel truck. This shop is fortunate to have Jeff and Cindy also working there.

Love this place! Did great work on our RV. I have had RV’s for the past 20 years and wish I would’ve found them sooner.
